Legislative Requirements

Regarding the above, FUJIFILM SA is obliged by Health and Safety legislation to ensure that all persons (employees, contractors and visitors) are informed of the hazards that could be encountered when entering our buildings, and the controls necessary to manage these risks.

Visitor Registration

  • All visitors must report to Reception when arriving and departing Fujifilm premises.
  • All visitors must sign in on the Visitor’s Registration form at Reception (all fields to be completed).
  • You must sign in and out every time, even if you are temporarily leaving site for an hour or two. This register becomes our roll- call document in the event of an emergency evacuation.

Reporting Incidents & Hazards

  • All accidents/incidents must be reported to your host. This includes injury, near misses and property damage.
  • Report all hazards identified to your host.
  • Please take the initiative – We welcome people who are working towards a safer workplace for everyone!

Safety Rules

  • All visitors must stay with their host and not move around the building alone.
  • At all times – Listen to your host, they will guide you safely around our building and ensure you are aware of the hazards in the immediate vicinity.
  • Smoking is prohibited in our buildings. Designated smoking areas are provided and must be used. Ask your host if you are a smoker.

Facilities - Toilets/Refreshments

  • Toilets are located on all floors and indicated with signage.
  • Please inform your host if you need any refreshments

Evacuation Procedure

  • If the alarm sounds your Fujifilm host will assist you to the nearest exit and accompany you to the Emergency Assembly Point in front of the building.
  • If for any reason your host is not with you at that stage, please follow the instructions from the Fire Marshals/ Evacuation Warden and other employees and move to the Assembly point in front of the building.
  • Once at the Emergency Assembly point, report to the Evacuation Warden and ensure your name is checked off.
  • Do not leave the assembly area.
